FRONT COMBUSTION UNIT
It is produced as water pipe and it is welded between the pipes to ensure gas tightness between the pipes. The feed water of the boiler is prepared at the front combustion unit and this high temperature water is sent to the boiler.
AUTOMATIC FUEL COMBUSTER SYSTEM
Specially designed, hopper, loading and hopper screw, fuel silo suitable for boiler capacity, gearbox rotating screw, fresh air fan, are the main components of the system. The combustion event takes place in the section we call the hopper. The part which provides solid fuel transportation to the hopper is the hopper screw, the part that carries the fuel to the silo is the loading screw. The environment of the hoppers is built with fire-resistant firebrick. The combustion air is provided with a fan selected at the appropriate capacity. Since the fuel loading to the hoppers is done with the lower screw, the upper part of the combustion chamber is carried out. The slag formed as the fuel burns is pushed towards the edges by means of the bottom feed and the slag is easily removed.
